· Information on the Wall (dates 59-75), the dimensions, how to determine the east vs. the west Wall, how the numbering on each panel works, the dots in the margins etc.

· The East and West Wall breakdown by start/ending dates, panel number and line

· Wall locators diagrams

· Explanations of the POW/MIA table and flag, the initiation of the bracelets, Recognition Day and the status of all returned POWs

· Contacts with all the POWs and can help folks make connections with them or their MIA families
